This role will be based at our Swanbank Depot and ensure safe, productive and on time scheduling of deliveries whilst maintaining compliance with laws, regulations and accreditations.About the RoleAllocation of deliveries for Powder Tankers and General FreightCommunication with customers and drivers to organise backloadsMonitor driver fatigue in accordance with Company and legislative requirementsMonitor fleet movements throughout the day and adjust for any changesMaintain Chain of Responsibility (CoR) complianceChecking driver timesheets,



logbooks and dockets for all loads are completeAssist with communicating maintenance requirements with the workshop managerComplete operational paperwork and data entry accuratelyAbout You2 years minimum experience in transport allocationAbility to manage your own workday and ensure tasks are completed on time with little supervisionExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressureExcellent attention to detailAbility to build strong relationships with customers and other team membersExperience using online rostering, EWD and maintenance systemExperience using Microsoft Suite
