They currently have an exciting Facilities Manager opportunity available.Your new roleAs a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of building operations and services across a defined portfolio.Key responsibilitiesManaging the operation and maintenance of base building services, including HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, fire, security, lifts, and cleaning servicesCoordinating preventative and reactive maintenance programs to minimise downtime and riskOverseeing contractors, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards and contractual obligationsManaging CAPEX works and supporting asset lifecycle planningMonitoring budgets, expenses, and financial reporting across facilities operationsEnsuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, WHS requirements, and safety standardsManaging after-hours issues and responding to incidents or outages as requiredBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders, tenants,
