An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join the afternoon shift team at the Opal Athol Park team reporting to the Engineering Manager.Our site is based in the western suburbs of Adelaide, only 15 minutes from the city and 10 minutes to the coast.
We are a small Engineering team who are skilled and passionate about what we do.
We offer a challenge and an setting to grow and develop.
We offer flexibility and weekend work is an option.
An afternoon shift loading of 20% applies.The role will be responsible for:Preventative and breakdown maintenance across the plant in a safe,
cost effective and efficient mannerMaintenance planningContribute to the health and safety of the plantContribute ideas for continuous improvementSupervise apprentices as required.Discover Yourself....
We would like for the successful candidate to have:Trade qualified fitter or equivalent qualificationKnowledge & experience in protected working practices/proceduresPrevious Manufacturing Fitter experienceAbility to understand technical drawings.Competent computer skillsReliable, self-motivated and able to work unsupervised in a team environmentTeam Player, trustworthy and great work ethicMotivated and a quick learnerDiscover more....
