You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure that they are well supported in their use of GoShare.Job tasks and responsibilitiesSupporting Healthily's customers and building strong relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.Set-up and customisation of GoShare for new customersProvide our customers with support as requiredRunning over-the-phone training sessions with recent GoShare usersMaintenance of databases and spreadsheetsTechnical problem solvingMandatory ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience in technical support and customer service in a health or technology companyDemonstrated experience in developing strong client relationships through effective communicationStrong technical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work under pressureDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and and organise work within these priorities.
