The Role
We are seeking a reliable Vineyard Farm Hand to join a large-scale operation in Euston, NSW, within the horticulture and viticulture industry.
This is a hands-on, labour-intensive role where you will work outdoors maintaining vineyard infrastructure and supporting day-to-day operations.
You will be responsible for inspecting vineyard rows, removing damaged posts, and operating machinery such as ATVs to ensure the site remains safe and productive.
Key Responsibilities
This role supports vineyard maintenance and infrastructure to ensure efficient operations.




Inspect vineyard rows and identify damaged or broken postsRemove and replace vineyard posts as requiredOperate machinery including ATVs to move around the siteAssist with general vineyard maintenance and farm dutiesMaintain protected work practices and follow site proceduresCompetitive pay rate of $***** per hour + penalty ratesOngoing opportunity with approximately 38 hours per weekPPE provided for safe working conditionsWork outdoors in a practical and team-focused environment
Your Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will be physically capable, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
Experience in vineyard or large-scale agricultural operations preferredAbility to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditionsPhysically fit and capable of labour-intensive tasksReliable, adaptable, and able to work varied hoursStrong attention to detail when inspecting vineyard infrastructureExperience operating machinery such as ATVs highly regarded
