High Intensity Support Required.Providing person centred support to a young lady with complex disabilities.This role requires highly experienced skilled support workers.Must have experience in medication management, epilepsy, positive behaviour management, restrictive practices.The qualified support worker will assist the participant to achieve her goals, maintain her safety and wellbeing, and participate meaningfully in the community while promoting independence, dignity and choice.A candidate with team leadership experience will be highly regarded and may assist in mentoring other staff and maintaining consistency in service delivery at a high level.Must have:Valid NDIS worker checkCurrent first aid and CPRHelpful in this role:Epilepsy trainingAdministration of Midazolam trainingMAYBO or equivalent trainingTeam leadership/ house manager experienceMedical background an advantageThis is a female only support role.This is not a sole trader position, you will be paid by the award.
