Whether you're currently working in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or are simply passionate about cars and people, we want to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Trainee / Assistant Service Advisor, you'll work closely with our experienced Service Advisors and Service Manager to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.You'll learn all aspects of dealership service operations, including:Greeting customers and assisting with service bookingsUnderstanding customer vehicle concerns and requirementsLiaising with technicians and the workshop teamCommunicating service updates and recommendationsPreparing service documentation and invoicesAssisting with customer collection and vehicle handoverMaintaining high levels of customer satisfactionSupporting the day-to-day administration of the service departmentWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:A positive attitude and willingness to learnStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service skillsGood computer literacy and administration abilitiesStrong attention to detailA qualified presentationAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentA current driver's licenceAutomotive experience is not essential.
