We service Sydney Metro and Greater Sydney regionTasks & responsibilitiesSite Set up and preparation for membrane installation / PaintingPreparing surfaces including placing drop sheets and removing existing paint /wallpaperErecting scaffolding and laddersFixing woodwork / Concrete repairs, filling holes and cracksSmoothing and sealing surfacesWorking with chemicals such as solvents, oil, paints,



thinners and additivesSelecting and preparing paints and materialsCleaning work areas and equipmentWorking in both Team and individual environmentsPicking up and dropping material from one site to anotherLearn and / or excel in waterproofing application in the following systems: Painting |Sheet | Liquid | PVC | Torch onMay repair windows and replace glass in wooden and metal framesQualifications & experienceValid White CardDrivers Licence and own vehicleDesirable Cert III in Painting and DecoratingGeneral Construction experience is preferredAt least 1 Year of work experience is preferred; General Construction work experience may be consideredFully competent in use of basic hand / power toolsMust have high standards in time management | attention to detail | Punctuality |Communication | Pride and work ethicPotential use of a Company vehicleIncrease in pay if showing commitment and devotion to their workBonus Pay on jobs completed in a timeframe with accuracy
