We're looking for an enthusiastic Basketball Coach to deliver engaging basketball programs for both junior and senior participants while helping grow our thriving basketball community.Whether you're an experienced coach or looking to further develop your coaching career, this is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact through sport.As a Basketball Coach, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching programs that develop players' skills, confidence and love of the game.
You'll work closely with the Stadium Coordinator to ensure programs are engaging, safe and professionally delivered.Key responsibilities include:Skills & Attributes:Coaching junior and senior basketball programsPlanning and delivering training sessions, matches and competitionsAssisting with player recruitment and program growthPromoting basketball programs through community engagement and social mediaMaintaining equipment and ensuring a safe playing environmentDelivering exceptional customer service to players and familiesContributing to attendance and participation targets.You are an energetic and positive coach who enjoys working with people and helping others succeed.You'll bring:Knowledge of basketball and a genuine passion for the sportExperience coaching or playing basketballExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, enthusiastic and reliable approachThe ability to motivate and develop players of all ages and abilitiesA commitment to creating a fun, inclusive and welcoming environment.Competition/Club Coach Qualification (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid CertificateCurrent CPR CertificateWorking with Children Check (or equivalent)National Police CheckWhy Join Belgravia Leisure?
