About the roleWe are seeking a Stylist to join the Rodd & Gunn team at our Harbourtown location on the Gold Coast.
This is a casual position based in Biggera Waters, QLD.
As a Stylist, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer experiences, combining product expertise with personal styling advice to help our clients look and feel their best.
This role is instrumental in building lasting customer relationships and driving sales through personalised service and genuine engagement.Key responsibilitiesProvide personalised styling advice and product recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and preferencesMaintain comprehensive product knowledge across our range of clothing, footwear and accessoriesCreate welcoming and engaging shopping experiences that encourage customer loyalty and repeat visitsProcess transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of saleAssist with visual merchandising and store displays to showcase products effectivelyMaintain a clean, organised and well-presented store environmentSupport inventory management and stock rotation activitiesCollaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and performance goalsHandle customer queries and complaints professionally and courteouslyWhat we're looking forProven retail experience,
