With a 4.8-star Google rating from more than **** reviews, we're proud of the care and experience that we provide to pets and their families in Tasmania.About The RoleThis role presents an exciting opportunity to build on the strong foundations already in place to shape the future success of AES Hobart.As the Hospital Manager, you will lead the team of clinical, operations and support staff to ensure the delivery of quality care to the local community.
Reporting into the Regional Operations Manager the role also has close interface with the leadership team and a broader national operations network.This is a very hands-on role where your contribution will have a visible impact on team and overall hospital performance.Accountable for overall performance including people, operational excellence and qualityEnhance engagement and culture across a team of 70+ clinical and support employeesOptimise workflows, rostering, and resource allocation while maintaining complianceManage procurement, inventory control, and supplier relationshipsDrive initiatives to increase client retention, referrals and satisfactionFull-time position based onsite in Moonah (approx. 10 mins from Hobart CBD)About YouWhile we are open minded to a range of transferrable skills and backgrounds, you might currently be:An experienced Practice Manager working in General Practice, Veterinary,
