We seek an experienced Cook or Chef to provide a high standard of food service & customer satisfaction.

This role is a casual one, with the potential for growth and the opportunity to become permanent part time.Shifts between 7.30am - 5:30pmMinimum 2 years kitchen food production experienceDemonstrated experience of success in food preparation & customer satisfactionSound leadership capabilities with a proven experience working in a team environment and building respect amongst staff at all levelsWork to standard recipes with sound knowledge of specific diets & food allergiesGood communication and written skillsCertificate 3 in commercial cookery and/or Trade CertificateSound knowledge of HACCP & NSW Food authority guidelinesA high level of personal maturity and strength of character to successfully grow within a energetic organisation.Ability to take directions from Head Chef and work unsupervisedAbility to direct the kitchen team throughout the day
