alwaysCertificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking)Ability to pass a custom weld test show us your skillsConfidence reading and working from technical drawingsAt least 5 years in steel fabrication, plant maintenance, or similar heavy industry workStrong work ethic and drive to hit project goalsClear communication and teamwork skillsAble to work solo or side‐by‐side with the crewExtra tickets are a big plus: Confined Space, Forklift licence Working at Heights, EWP, DogmanWhy work for HMA?
