Wherever the road takes you, you're backed by a team that values safety, supports your wellbeing, and gives you room to grow.About the opportunityIn this role, you'll begin each day early as part of a supportive delivery team, preparing mail and small parcels at the facility before heading out to deliver to homes and businesses.
You'll complete daily vehicle safety checks, load your deliveries with care, and carry out reliable deliveries, with safety and consistency guiding every step.You'll be supported by experienced Rider Mentors who provide hands‐on guidance and coaching, helping you build confidence, capability and consistency in the role.

You will attend an induction in your first week with our Learning and Development Team followed by a site-specific induction at your respective facility and additional online learning modules.
As a new employee, you will receive one-on-one coaching, followed by regular check-ins with your Manager and Trainer to track progress, provide feedback, and discuss any support needed.
We assess development at the end of each month during your probationary period, with adjustments or additional training as required.
The program includes site-specific inductions and hands-on training, building employees up to full delivery capacity within six weeks.
