We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier/Till Operator to join the team at Autobarn Dubbo.
This is a full-time position based in Dubbo, NSW ****.
As a Cashier/Till Operator, you will be at the heart of our retail operations, providing efficient and friendly service to our customers whilst managing all point-of-sale transactions.
This role is essential to ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience and that our store operates smoothly and profitably.What you'll be doingProcessing customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale systemHandling cash, card payments and other payment methods with precision and attention to detailProviding excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering queries and resolving issues professionallyMaintaining a clean and organized checkout areaAssisting customers with product information and recommendationsSupporting the wider retail team with stock management and merchandising as requiredFollowing company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulationsHandling refunds, exchanges and complaints with courtesy and professionalismWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a cashier, till operator or in a similar retail customer service roleStrong numeracy skills and accuracy when handling cash and paymentsProficiency in using point-of-sale systems and electronic payment terminalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA friendly,
