Join us as we continue to grow and make our mark in the hydraulic industry.About the roleThis is a hands‐on internal sales and parts interpreter role at our Bundaberg workshop, combining counter and phone customer service with technical parts work and general workshop support.You will be the first point of contact for customers at the counter and on the phone, creating jobs in SimPRO, interpreting and supplying hydraulic parts and helping keep our store and workshop running smoothly.What you'll do (day to day)Answer phones and serve customers at the front counter, identifying parts and solutionsCreate jobs in SimPRO, book work into the schedule and enter supplier invoicesInterpret and order hydraulic parts, seals,



fittings and components for workshop and retail customersMeasure seals, assist with troubleshooting hydraulic issues and recommend practical solutionsMake hydraulic hoses and minor fluid power components as requiredBook in and dispatch freight, unpack freight and assist with stock control and stocktakesAbout youYou're mechanically minded, enjoy helping customers and are comfortable in a workshop/parts environment.You'll bring:Customer service and/or counter sales experience (trade, industrial or automotive preferred)Parts interpretation experience or solid mechanical/auto parts knowledgeExperience with hydraulic hoses, fittings or components, OR a solid mechanical background and willingness to learn hydraulicsStrong computer skills and confidence learning systems like SimPROHigh attention to detail with measurements, data entry and paperworkClear communication skills and a genuine focus on customer serviceAbility to pass a pre‐employment medical including drug and alcohol testingNice to have (not essential):Previous hydraulic fitting, hose fabrication or fluid power experienceForklift licence or willingness to obtain oneWhat's on offer***** per hour (depending on experience) + superPaid overtime at penalty rates, with genuine earning potentialProfit share / bonus opportunities based on performanceCompany phone and all tools/equipment provided for the roleTraining in hydraulics, SimPRO and our processes – grow with the businessSupportive team culture with owners who are hands‐on and invested in your developmenttalent.seek.com+1
