Continually setting the benchmark in rooftop hospitality, The Terrace remains a standout destination.Open daily from 7 a.m. until late, The Terrace is a agile venue where hospitality superstars with passion and the right attitude thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities include:Provide the highest level of service in all guest interactions, in line with Emporium's Service PromisesEnter orders accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) systemDeliver meals promptly to guests and ensuring orders are correct when collected from the kitchen or barMaintain clean and tidy tables, service areas,



and floors in accordance with proceduresPrepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standardTake guest orders while maximising sales opportunities through strong product knowledgeEnsure hygienic food and beverage service practices are followed at all timesEmbody an ownership mindset by taking responsibility of your assigned section and station during serviceMaintain current RSA certification and adhering to responsible service principlesPerform opening and closing duties, as requiredCreate enriching experiences for our guests by ensuring they are welcomed and served in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.About you:Organised and proactive, with a focus on adding value to the teamEnthusiastic to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou consistently take Pride in detailStrong communication skills and proven ability to maintain Grace under pressureA solution focused approach to problem solvingOutstanding personal presentationA passion for food and beverage, with a desire to work in a five-star hotel environmentThe ability to work a rotating roster over 7-days including nightsA current RSA and eligibility to work in Australia.A willingness to go above and beyond to deliver Exquisite Experiences for our guests, every time, every shift!
