Infection Prevention & Control ManagerLead clinical excellence.

outbreak management and clinical governance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead TLC's organisation-wide Infection Prevention & Control ProgramDrive IPC strategy, governance and continuous improvement initiativesLead outbreak preparedness and response across the organisationStrengthen surveillance, reporting and antimicrobial stewardship programsBuild capability through education, coaching and stakeholder engagementPartner with Executive leaders to enhance quality, safety and compliance outcomesWhat you'll bringYou are an experienced IPC leader with strong clinical expertise, strategic insight and stakeholder influence, driven to improve quality, safety and care outcomes.EssentialCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)Postgraduate qualification in Infection Prevention & ControlDemonstrated leadership experience in infection prevention and controlExperience in outbreak management,
