As a Site Engineer, you'll be at the heart of delivery—working alongside supervisors, project managers, and crews to make sure projects are built accurately, efficiently, and without surprises.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be embedded in delivery, working across all aspects of subdivision construction.
You'll:
Support the day-to-day delivery of subdivision projects on siteInterpret drawings and ensure works are constructed to specificationManage QA documentation, ITPs, and compliance requirementsCoordinate subcontractors and suppliersAssist with programming and tracking progress against key milestonesIdentify and resolve site issues—especially around services and ground conditionsSupport cost control, variations, and reportingWork closely with survey teams on set-out and verification




You'll be part of the team making sure the job actually works—not just looks good on paper.

About You
You're someone who enjoys being on site and solving real problems.
Have wxisting experience in civil construction (ideally subdivisions or similar)Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or similarUnderstand how civil works are actually built—not just designedAre proactive, organised, and detail-focusedCommunicate well with crews, subcontractors, and managementWant to learn and take on more responsibility over time
