The Role
Oversee all financial functions including billing, reporting, and audits
Manage trust accounts in line with compliance requirements
Forecasting and cashflow management
Handling accounts payable and receivable, including debtor management
Process payroll via Xero, including super and tax obligations
Manage corporate credit cards and reconcile expenses
Prepare financial reports and provide insights to Partners
Work within LEAP practice management system
About You
Proven experience in a similar role in a law firm
Strong background in trust accounting (essential)
Confidence working autonomously and managing end‐to‐end accounts
Accounting degree would be highly regarded but not essential
