This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys combining hands-on warehouse work with providing outstanding customer service.One moment you'll be assisting customers at the counter, and the next you'll be working in the depot refilling cylinders, loading deliveries, or keeping stock organised.
If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and staying active throughout the day, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs part of the Elgas team, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the depot.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, professional service and assist customers with product enquiriesProcess in-store sales using the till and EFTPOSRefill and restock LPG cylinders within the depotPerform manual handling tasks across the warehouse and retail areasLoad and unload cylinders and prepare deliveriesMaintain a clean, safe, and organised workplaceWork collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operationsResolve customer enquiries with a positive,
solutions-focused approachAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is reliable, and enjoys working with both customers and teammates.Experience in warehouse, labouring, retail, or customer service rolesPrevious sales experience (highly regarded)Good physical fitness and the ability to safely lift, move, and roll gas cylindersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills for processing sales and customer transactionsA current Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain one (advantageous)A current National Police Check (within six months) or willingness to obtain oneAbility to complete a pre-employment medicalWelding knowledge (desirable but not essential)What's on Offer?
