We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the Earlwood Hotel team as a Gaming & Bar Attendant.
This is a casual position based in Earlwood NSW ****, offering flexible working arrangements to suit your schedule.
In this role, you will be the friendly face of our gaming and bar operations, delivering exceptional service to our patrons whilst maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and gaming compliance.
You will play a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our customers returning and contributes directly to the success of our venue.What you'll be doingServing drinks and food to patrons at the bar with efficiency and a warm, professional mannerOperating gaming machines and supporting patrons with gaming enquiries in accordance with all relevant gaming regulationsMaintaining a clean, safe and well-stocked bar and gaming area at all timesProcessing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling cash responsiblyChecking identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol and gamingMonitoring patron behaviour and reporting any concerns to management in accordance with responsible service policiesBuilding positive relationships with regular customers and providing personalised serviceWhat we are looking forCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationCurrent Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificationCurrent Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG)
