TheAustralian Turf Club at Randwick Racecourseis looking for a1st Year Parks & Gardens Apprenticeto join the team and help keep one of Australia's most iconic racing venues looking its best.
This is a great opportunity for arecent school leaverwho enjoys practical work, being outdoors, and wants to build a career in landscaping and horticulture.
What you'll be doing
Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll gain practical skills in:
Garden construction
Paving and hard landscaping
Building rock and timber structures
General grounds and garden maintenance
Learning safe work practices on a busy site
No experience needed - just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
What we're looking for
A recent school leaver eager to start a trade
Someone willing to learn and work safely
Physically fit and able to handle hands‐on work
Motivated, reliable and ready to build a future
What you'll get




Full-time paid apprenticeship
38-hour week (Monday to Friday)
Someovertime and weekend work on race days
All safety gear provided
Onsite parkingand easy access to public transport
Support and mentoring from qualified tradespeople
