and quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver engaging lifestyle and wellness programsFacilitate group and individual activities tailored to resident interests and needsSupport residents to maintain independence, purpose, and social connectionProvide meaningful engagement opportunities for residents living with dementiaCoordinate special events, entertainment, celebrations, and community outingsBuild positive relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team membersComplete assessments, care plans, and documentation in line with aged care requirementsContribute to a positive and inclusive team environmentAbout YouCertificate IV or Diploma in Leisure & Health, Diversional Therapy, or an equivalent qualificationExperience working in aged care, healthcare, disability, or community servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA compassionate, creative, and resident-focused approachExperience supporting people living with dementia (desirable)Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamCurrent Police Check and relevant vaccinationsAbout Pathways ResidencesAt Pathways Residences, our values of Harmony, Respect, and Trust guide everything we do.
