The overall purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional and memorable service to our guests.
You would be working in an enthusiastic team workplace, ensuring all aspects of our guest experience exceeds expectations.
Meeting and greeting with a welcoming smile and building rapport with our amazing members while delivering efficient and friendly service throughout the business.

Norths Fitness and Revolution Fitness.Your Key Priorities will be to:Provide efficient and friendly service to our members and guestsClear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidyEnsure accurate processing of cash and credit card transactionsEffectively communicate with all patrons and staffThe Candidate:Full availability over a seven day weekExperience working in hospitalityA genuine desire to help people have a great experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsHold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certificationManual handling abilities are a must, combined with a love of being on your feetDiscounted rates on mealsFree gym membership at Norths FitnessDynamic, energised, management team that is embracing change and focused on successAccess to Norths Collective AcademyExtensive training and developmentWork for a Club that continues to reinvent its relevancy to its local communityWe invest a lot in our people and offer significant on the job training.
