This is an excellent opportunity for a respected tradesperson who wants to combine technical expertise with leadership responsibilities in a role that offers variety, challenge and long-term career development.Working across both the workshop and field service environments, you'll play a key role in supporting technicians, coordinating workflow and ensuring our customers receive the high standard of service CEA is known for.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading by example through safe, high-quality workmanshipServicing, maintaining and repairing construction and earthmoving equipmentDiagnosing complex mechanical,
hydraulic and electrical faultsSupporting and mentoring technicians to develop their skills and capabilitiesCoordinating workshop workflow and allocating jobs efficientlyMonitoring job progress, productivity and labour utilisationLiaising with customers regarding job status, repairs and completion timeframesWorking closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely parts availabilityAssisting with warranty assessments and repair order accuracyMaintaining workshop standards and promoting a strong safety cultureDriving continuous improvement across the service departmentAbout YouYou're a respected tradesperson who enjoys helping others succeed, takes ownership of outcomes and leads through action.To Be Successful, You'll BringTrade qualification in Diesel Mechanics, Mobile Plant Technology or similarStrong experience working on construction, earthmoving or mobile equipmentPrevious experience as a Leading Hand, Senior Technician or Workshop SupervisorAdvanced troubleshooting and fault-finding skillsThe ability to coach, mentor and support a teamStrong organisational and communication skillsA customer-focused and solutions-driven mindsetCurrent driver's licenceA commitment to safety, quality and teamworkDesired Skills And ExperienceWhy Join CEA?
