About the Role
This is a rewarding full-time or part-time opportunity ********** hours per fortnight) based in Wangaratta or Wodonga, a leadership role within our Assessment Service, supporting older people through the provision of Aged Care Assessment.
Reporting to the General Manager Community Care, you will lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based practice.
You will provide clinical and operational oversight, ensuring effective intake, caseload management, and timely service delivery in line with quality, funding and performance requirements.
This role is classified under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Health and Allied Services, Managers & Administrative Officers) ********* Grade 4 ($***** per hour + superannuation)
Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:




Tertiary qualifications health or related fieldDemonstrated leadership qualitiesDemonstrated ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care system including current and ongoing changesMinimum 5 years' experience within the Aged Care and/or Assessment Service area, or related field
