From rearing chicks to managing manure systems and supporting packing processes, this is a boots‐on, sleeves‐up kind of job with real impact.Key ResponsibilitiesChecking bird health and ensuring they have access to feed and waterManaging or assisting with the daily farm routine across multiple shedsLeading or supporting a small team, including a 2IC,
