So what will you be doing in this roleGrain Handling OperationsOperating a front-end loader and other machineryForming bunkers and monitoring grain stacksPerforming tarp work, sweeping, shovelling, and site maintenanceAssist with the receival, movement, and storage of grain (including bunker or silo operations)Operate grain handling equipment (e.g. conveyors, augers, grain vacs)



under supervisionAssist with outloading of grain, ensuring accurate documentation and procedures are followed.Site Safety & MaintenanceAdhere to all workplace health and safety procedures and report hazards immediatelyUse and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriatelyAssist in cleaning of grain equipment, bunkers, weighbridge areas, and site facilitiesSupport maintenance activities such as tarping, sweeping, pest control, and dust managementCustomer Service & TeamworkEngage respectfully with growers, drivers, and team membersFollow supervisor instructions and contribute to a positive, team-based work environmentProvide timely updates on grain movements, quality issues, or equipment concernsIdeally you have grain handling experience, machinery operation experience and manual handling activities.
