A few of your responsibilitiesMaintain a clean working environment while preparing food in line with quality expectations and fluctuating volumesConsistently maintain a thorough knowledge of the entire menu, including an understanding of all base products and ingredients usedEnsure food presentation meets menu requirements and kitchen standards (SOPs)Demonstrate knowledge of and be able to use a broad range of cooking and food preparation equipment and skills, such as sauté,



braising etcWhat we are looking forExperience with Asian cuisines and Wok cookingCan-do attitude and ability to work well as part of a teamStrong knowledge of food safety regulationsAbility to work a rotating roster including overnights and weekendsAbout youYou bring experience in fine dining kitchen environments and sound knowledge across all sections.
With comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and OH&S; standards, you take pride in keeping your section stocked and tidy.
