Receptionist Cityline Windows and Doors Saint Leonards, Tasmania, AustraliaCityline Windows & Doors are currently looking to employ a skilled and friendly person to be the first point of call.Duties will include, but are not limited to:Answering phone, e-mail and counter enquiries.Data entry and invoicing.Ordering of office supplies.Taking payments.Preferable knowledge of:MYOB.Microsoft office.The successful applicant will have great communication skills, are able to learn things quickly and are friendly and approachable.
Previous office experience is an advantage but not essential.Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm, Friday 9am - 2pm.
