The successful candidate will take ownership of critical reconciliation activities while building strong working relationships across the organisation.Clear existing backlog of accounts payable reconciliations and restore timely processingIdentify and resolve discrepancies such as incorrect purchase order numbers, missing items and incorrect pricingPerform high-volume reconciliations using large ERP systems,



with training provided on internal toolsEngage directly with stores and stakeholders by phone to clarify details and gather required informationEnsure data integrity across financial records through systematic review and follow-upDeliver full-time onsite support to enable seamless collaboration and knowledge sharingThe CandidateWe are looking for a proactive and detail-focused accounts payable reconciliation professional who thrives in high-volume environments and enjoys making a tangible difference through accurate, timely work.
