From leading your team and driving sales to building community connections and maintaining exceptional presentation, you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact.This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, coaching their team, and taking pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.Roster: 38-hour week | Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday (flexible for the right candidate)What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading all day-to-day store operations from launch through to ongoing successDriving sales performance and achieving KPIs through exceptional leadershipCoaching, mentoring, and developing your team to maximise performanceProactively driving local area marketing and community engagementCreating an exceptional customer experience that builds loyaltyMaintaining high visual merchandising standards throughout the storeManaging rostering,
