About the RoleReporting to the Service Manager, the Service Receptionist is a key part of our service department and plays an essential role in ensuring every customer feels welcomed, informed and confident in our service process.You will be the central point of contact for our customers coordinating bookings, preparing estimates, keeping customers updated and ensuring each bike leaves our workshop with the highest level of care and attention.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and manage service bookingsPrepare and explain repair estimates, costs and timeframes clearlyAccurately document customer concerns and service requirementsMonitor work-in-progress to ensure quality and timely completionAssist with parts coordination and repair order accuracySupport the Service Manager in maintaining a smooth,
