Waterpoint Building Management – Sydney CBD NSWWhat you'll be doingPerforming daily cleaning of common areas including foyers, lobbies, hallways, staircases and lift areasOperating and maintaining cleaning equipment and machinery in a protected and efficient mannerRemoving rubbish and waste from designated areas in accordance with environmental guidelinesCleaning and maintaining windows, glass surfaces and exterior areas as requiredResponding to urgent cleaning requests and spill management situations promptlyFollowing health and safety procedures and maintaining compliance with workplace standardsReporting maintenance issues or building concerns to managementRestocking cleaning supplies and managing inventory of materialsWorking flexibly to accommodate building schedules, including early starts or weekend work when necessaryMaintaining accurate records of cleaning schedules and activitiesWhat we're looking forProven experience in strata or commercial building cleaning environmentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanlinessAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical fitness and capability to perform repetitive cleaning tasksKnowledge of health and safety protocols in cleaning operationsFamiliarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment operationReliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards workExcellent communication skills with residents and managementCurrent Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain oneA valid driver's licence is advantageous for this roleWhat we offerAt Waterpoint Building Management, we value our team members and offer competitive remuneration, job security, and a supportive work environment.
