Every Patient Matters.Job DescriptionReporting to the Onboarding Lead and working within a collaborative and supportive Talent team, you will play a key role in delivering timely, accurate and high‐quality employment and onboarding support across Epworth.
Your primary focus will be providing coordinated employment and onboarding support and a high standard of customer service to hiring managers, candidates and new starters.
You will thrive in a fast‐paced workplace, with customer service at the centre of everything you do.You will make an impact by:Preparing and issuing accurate and timely employment contracts, and coordinating the end‐to‐end onboarding process to ensure all new starter information is completed and recorded correctlyCoordinating visa nominations and sponsorship activities in line with organisational requirementsProcessing pre‐employment screening checks in accordance with Epworth HealthCare policies,



protocols and audit requirementsEnsuring all payroll‐related information for new starters is completed accurately and submitted within required timeframesMaintaining consistent, clear and professional communication with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support smooth recruitment and onboarding outcomesResponding to recruitment and onboarding enquiries via the Talent inbox and phone line in line with service expectationsWorking collaboratively and constructively within the Talent team to manage competing prioritiesHandling sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality at all timesExperience in fast paced and high volume administrative recruitment related or similar rolePrevious human resources experience in a Healthcare or related environment (desirable)Chris21 and Smart Recruiter / Cognology eRecruit technology experience (desirable)High level of accuracy and attention to detailHighly organised with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills ; able to communicate with tact and diplomacy.Ability to handle sensitive and highly personal information on a daily basisPositive 'can do' attitude and proactive professional approachAbility to work autonomously and as a constructive and participative team memberProficient in Microsoft Office applications – confident with learning new softwareAdditional InformationWhy Join Epworth?
