For over 30 years, we've been helping fuel winning performances and healthy horses across Australia from our home base in Gunnedah, and we're not slowing down anytime soon.What You'll Be DoingAs a key member of our Maintenance team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our plant and equipment operate safely, efficiently and reliably by:Responding to equipment breakdowns and carrying out repairs to minimise downtimePerforming preventative and scheduled maintenance activitiesTroubleshooting mechanical faults and identifying root causesContributing ideas to improve equipment reliability, performance and safetyEnsuring equipment is handed over in a safe,
clean and food-grade ready conditionMaintaining accurate maintenance records and supporting continuous improvement initiativesWorking closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothlyWhat You'll BringCert III Trade Qualification (NSW recognised) in a relevant trade1-3 years post-trade maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong fault-finding, troubleshooting and mechanical repair skillsExperience with preventative maintenance programsA safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanshipStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a teamA proactive approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when neededWhy Join Us?
