Working closely with our Service team,



you'll help maximise claim recoveries while delivering outstanding support to internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage warranty claims accurately and within required timeframesReview warranty submissions to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelinesLiaise with manufacturers and suppliers regarding claim approvals and reimbursementsMaintain accurate warranty records and supporting documentationMonitor claim status and follow up on outstanding submissionsWork closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure warranty repairs are correctly documentedKeep up to date with changing warranty procedures and manufacturer requirementsDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouYou'll Have:Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator role within an automotive dealership (preferred)Experience in either light vehicle, truck, or heavy vehicle environmentsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work both independently and collaborativelyExperience with Pentana, DMS and/or SAP (highly regarded)Why Join Patterson Cheney?
