Experienced Dental Assistant – Certificate IVThe TLC Dentist | Earlwood, SydneyFull-Time | Monday–Thursday | 8:00am–6:00pmThe TLC Dentist is looking for an experienced and highly organised Dental Assistant with a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting to join our friendly team in Earlwood.We are a busy, modern 2-chair dental practice with a strong focus on providing high-quality dentistry and an exceptional patient experience.
We're looking for someone experienced who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a close-knit team and can confidently support our clinicians in the day‐to‐day running of the practice.The PositionThis is a full-time, 4-day-per-week position, offering a great opportunity to enjoy a three-day weekend while still working full time hours.Hours:Monday to Thursday8:00am – 6:00pmAbout the RoleYour responsibilities will include:Chairside assisting across a range of general dental proceduresPreparing surgeries and ensuring smooth changeovers between patientsSterilisation and infection control proceduresInstrument processing, tracking and maintenanceTaking dental radiographs within your Certificate IV scopeMaintaining accurate clinical and sterilisation recordsStock management and orderingSupporting clinicians to keep appointments running efficientlyProviding a warm,



professional and reassuring experience for our patientsAssisting with the general organisation and smooth running of the practiceAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Holds a Certificate IV in Dental AssistingHas previous dental assisting experienceHas excellent knowledge of current infection control and sterilisation protocolsIs confident, organised and able to work efficiently in a busy environmentHas excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIs reliable, punctual and takes initiativeHas strong attention to detailEnjoys working as part of a small, supportive teamTakes genuine pride in maintaining a clean, organised and professional clinical environmentExperience with orthodontics/Invisalign would be highly regarded but is not essential.Why Join The TLC Dentist?
