Whether you're between permanent roles, returning to the workforce, travelling, or simply enjoy contract assignments, we have a number of immediate opportunities with highly regarded Melbourne CBD law firms.I'm currently recruiting for experienced Temporary Legal Assistants across Property, Litigation and Commercial Law, supporting respected Partners and legal teams within well-established firms.These assignments range from short-term leave cover through to longer-term opportunities, with some offering the potential to become permanent.The Opportunities We are partnering with a number of leading Melbourne law firms seeking experienced Legal Assistants who can confidently step into busy teams and hit the ground running.Responsibilities may include:Supporting Partners and Lawyers across Property, Litigation or Commercial practicesDiary management, travel and meeting coordinationDrafting legal correspondence and preparing documentationOpening and closing files and maintaining matter recordsBilling, timesheets and general practice administrationLiaising with clients,



Counsel and external stakeholdersManaging deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficientlyProviding seamless support during periods of leave, increased workflow or project workAbout You To be considered, you will have:A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant within a law firmPrevious experience in Property, Litigation or Commercial LawThe ability to quickly adapt to recent teams and systemsStrong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailA proactive and professional approachExcellent communication and client service skillsAvailability to commence immediatelyPlease note:These roles require candidates who can confidently hit the ground running.
