This role focuses on inspecting completed works, ensuring subcontractors meet technical specifications, scope, and quality requirements while verifying invoice accuracy.In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining contract compliance, managing risk, and delivering thorough reporting that supports continuous improvement across the Homes NSW Housing portfolio.We're looking for someone from a trade background who understands the industry, OR an admin professional with a keen interest in quality, compliance,



and supporting continuous improvement on-site.Your key responsibilities include:Inspect completed projects to ensure compliance with Homes NSW technical and quality standardsReconcile completed works with invoice charges for accuracyConduct site inspections and maintain records to assess complianceAdvise supervisors and project managers on compliance and risk issuesMaintain risk registers and update customer and site informationPrepare timely reports and analysis for stakeholdersCommunicate effectively with subcontractors, supervisors, and customersEnsure adherence to legislative codes, standards, and internal systemsDevelop formal reports when required to document significant findingsAbout YouTrade qualification or knowledge of building trades (desirable)Experience in technical auditing of building worksStrong time management and organizational skillsConfidence in liaising with field staff and leadershipExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with field staff, supervisors, and customersDetail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilitiesValid driver's licenseAbout UsProgrammed Facility Management is a leading provider of asset management, facilities maintenance and project management services across a multitude of industries.
