The role is predominantly off the tools, with a strong focus on supervision, planning, safety and crew support, but you'll still be expected to get your gloves dirty and jump in when needed.You'll be joining a team that takes pride in doing the job well, looks out for each other on site and knows how to get the job done.

As Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Operations Manager to lead and support crews across day-to-day vegetation management works.
You'll be the person helping everyone stay organised, safe and moving in the same direction, while making sure the work is delivered to a high standard.
While the role is mainly focused on supervision and coordination, you'll still be hands-on when the job calls for it.Lead and support crews in the field, helping the team stay safe, organised and productiveCoordinate daily priorities, including schedules, job requirements, equipment and crew movementsPromote safe work practices through hazard assessments, toolbox meetings and regular check-insSupport reporting and communication between crews,
