This role suits someone who enjoys working in a production setting, takes pride in their work, and is happy to get hands-on with garment preparation, machine assistance, and finishing tasks.
No prior embroidery experience is necessary — we're just as interested in candidates with strong packing, folding, and garment-handling experience who are keen to learn embroidery skills on the job.As this is an afternoon-to-night shift, the role suits someone comfortable working evening hours within a small, close-knit production team.Key ResponsibilitiesHoop garments and prepare materials for embroidery productionAssist the embroidery operator with threading, bobbins, and general machine supportFold, pack,



and prepare finished garments for dispatchMonitor embroidery runs and flag any quality or accuracy issuesAssist with routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance Support stock handling and workplace organisation Assist with heat press equipment as required Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work areaAbout YouNo embroidery experience required — training provided; prior experience with commercial embroidery machines is a bonusExperience in packing, folding, garment handling, or a production/warehouse environment highly regarded Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Comfortable working afternoon and night shift hours Able to work confidently within a small team environment, typically alongside one or two other employees Good time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines Basic computer skills (advantageous, not essential) Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling garments/materials Valid Australian work rightsWhat We Offer Competitive hourly rates with afternoon shift loading Work on brand-new equipment – Single Head, 4 Head and 6 Head embroidery machines, with more on the way On-the-job training and support to build your embroidery skills Join a fun, supportive team that enjoys a laugh while getting the job done Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding business Stable afternoon shift with consistent hoursIf you're reliable, detail-oriented, and keen to grow your skills in an evening production environment — whether you're coming from embroidery, packing, or general production work — we'd love to hear from you.
