A role that makes a real difference.LINK Community & Transport is seeking a reliable and caring Domestic Assistance Cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services in clients' homes.This is more than a cleaning role.
You will help older people, people living with disability and clients who may be vulnerable to maintain a protected, comfortable and welcoming home environment while supporting their independence and wellbeing.About the roleYou will travel to clients' homes and provide domestic assistance services in line with each client's approved service plan.
Your responsibilities will include:General household cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and cleaning kitchens and bathroomsCompleting services safely, respectfully and within the allocated timeProviding friendly and professional customer serviceRespecting each client's dignity, privacy, culture, choices and homeIdentifying and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns or changes in a client's wellbeingReporting any concerns relating to possible abuse, neglect, exploitation or unsafe living conditionsFollowing infection control, manual handling, chemical safety and workplace health and safety proceduresMaintaining professional boundaries and client confidentialityCommunicating delays or changes to the LINK office promptlyKeeping equipment clean, safe and well maintainedCompleting required records and documentation accuratelyAbout youYou will be dependable,



respectful and comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
