gym equipment and oversized goodsCompleting repetitive heavy lifting and manual handling for the full shiftBreaking down pallets and boxesSorting and moving freight throughout the depotStrapping trailers and securing curtainsWorking safely and efficiently as part of a team while maintaining pace throughout the shiftWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in heavy labouring, freight unloading, container unloading, warehousing or transport is highly regardedMust be physically capable of heavy, repetitive manual handling for the entire shiftConfident lifting and moving heavy, bulky and awkward freight safely and consistentlyAble to lift 25kg safely, with two-person lifts used for heavier itemsReliable, punctual and available to start immediatelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding freight environmentCommitted to following workplace health and safety proceduresOwn reliable transport is essential, as the site is not accessible by public transportOwn PPE required, including a hi-vis shirt, work pants and steel cap boots
