You'll be working on high-quality equipment with strong systems, training and long-term stability.About the roleThis is a hands‐on workshop position focused on the preparation, installation, servicing and repair of hydraulic lifting equipment built to customer specifications.You'll be working across new builds, pre-delivery work, scheduled maintenance and breakdowns, within a safety‐first, team‐based workshop environment.Key responsibilitiesWorkshop installation and preparation of hydraulic lifting equipment to customer specsTruck hydraulic installs (incl. PTO/pumps where required)Hydraulic hosing, component replacement and leak rectificationMechanical fault finding,



servicing and repair (scheduled + breakdown)Welding and fabrication (subframes, bracketry, modifications, repairs)Minor auto‐electrical tasks as requiredComplete job documentation and maintain high housekeeping standardsWhat we're looking forProven mechanical fitting experience (workshop-based preferred)Robust hydraulic servicing/repair capability and diagnostic skillsWelding/fabrication exposure (ticketed ideal, practical capability essential)Heavy vehicle / truck body / lifting equipment experience highly regardedSafety‐first attitude, reliable, high attention to detailAbility to pass pre‐employment medical + drug & alcohol screeningWhat's on offerPermanent, full-time role based in Rydalmere, NSWMonday–Friday hours and a supportive workshop teamOngoing training and upskilling with long-term career opportunity
