About The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Cook / Chef to join our wonderful team at our Moran Sylvania home, set in one of the prime residential areas in Sydney's Sutherland Shire.Shift Schedule: Thursday, Friday & Saturday - 06:00am to 14:00pmIn this role, you will be genuinely dedicated to creating a welcoming, and warm environment by preparing a range of delicious and nourishing home-cooked meals.

We are seeking candidates with availability to work across weekdays and weekends.Key DutiesYou will report to the Chef Manager and will provide outstanding food and dining experiences.Support day‐to‐day delivery of food services at Moran Sylvania homeAll aspects of food preparation and cooking, using MHCG recipes and menusLiaise with Chef Manger for residents requiring preparation of special dietsConfident preparing a selection of varied food choicesEnsure dietary and nutritional needs of the residents are metOrdering of stock,
