Our clothing is worn by celebrities and favoured by influencers worldwide.About the OpportunityThis role sits within the Warehouse Team and is primarily responsible for the accurate, timely fulfilment of wholesale sales orders to Lioness customers - including Boutique, Mid-tier, VIP and 3PL-supported orders.
You'll work under guidance from the Logistics & Warehouse Manager, and may be supported by our Warehouse Assistants with physical warehouse tasks.
It's a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in wholesale fulfilment and warehouse operations within a fast-moving fashion brand.Key ResponsibilitiesWholesale Order Fulfilment & OperationsCoordinate and fulfil assigned wholesale orders - stock set-aside, invoicing/payment support, and dispatchCheck in Boutique POs and dispatch on time per client delivery windowsCheck in Mid-tier and VIP POs (non-EDI); report issues to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager or Sales TeamFulfil SOH orders to client deadlines and vendor requirements, minimising chargebacksSupport CN Guangzhou 3PL operations, monitoring open, aged or missing ordersLiaise with Sales, Accounts,



Warehouse and external stakeholders to support order fulfilmentGeneral Warehouse Receiving & Operational SupportReceive, transfer and handle stock accurately across daily operationsProcess stock transfers accurately, recording movements in relevant systemsSupport courier bookings, returns, samples and ad-hoc warehouse tasksWhat You'll BringEssentialFluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) - required to support coordination with our CN Guangzhou 3PL warehouse operationsResponsible, diligent and efficient, with the ability to work well under limited supervisionStrong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry, stock counts and order processingConfident communicator, comfortable liaising with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and external stakeholdersAbility to use computers and warehouse/ERP software, with training providedHighly RegardedPrevious experience in wholesale order fulfilment, warehouse coordination or a similar logistics roleExperience using ERP or inventory/stock management systemsExperience in a fashion, apparel or e-commerce warehouse environmentFamiliarity with 3PL or international warehouse coordinationWhy Join Us?
