They trust us with some of life's biggest decisions, and in return, we build long-term relationships based on warmth, trust, expertise and care.ResponsibilitiesAs our Client Service Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every client experience is smooth, professional and memorable.You will:Assist advisers in delivering a seamless advice experience through the preparation, coordination and implementation of financial advice recommendationsBuild genuine relationships with clients and make them feel valued and cared forPrepare advice implementation documentation (e.g. applications) with accuracy and attention to detailLiaise with product providers, platforms and professional partners to ensure adherence to best practice procedures and to overcome any hurdles, ensuring momentum in advice implementation.Help maintain high-quality client records and compliance standards, including cyber protection.Identify opportunities to improve systems,



processes and efficienciesContribute ideas and add value as we continue to grow and evolveRequirementsBring your experience and knowledge and help us create a well-oiled machine!
