Clients include some of Australia's most well-respected brands and fast-growing local and international startups.This is a leadership role combining hands‐on design capability with mentoring, strategic thinking, and cross‐team collaboration.
You'll own creative direction, design operations, and team development, working closely with project managers and engineers to deliver premium digital experiences.What you'll do:Lead the development and review of UI/UX concepts, prototypes, and final deliverablesMentor and grow a design team through reviews, training, and career developmentContribute to scoping new work,



including time and cost estimatesOwn QA and design standards across all digital touchpointsCollaborate with a Creative Director on evolving the studio's design servicesWhat they're looking for:Strong digital design background with genuine team leadership experienceProficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, responsive web design, accessibilityOutstanding eye for typography, layout, interaction, and UX conventionsComfortable scoping work, managing timelines, and collaborating with PMs/devsAgency or studio background preferredHybrid working, flexibility, and the chance to shape studio-wide design standards.
